I have been going to Wilmington Transmission for several years for repairs and service on all my vehicles. They have always been very professional, kind and courteous. I have always been satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. They have always been there for me: in a pinch and for scheduled appts. I personally would not go anywhere else for my auto servicing needs. Thank you Russ Trevor and your team!
View on GoogleTook my truck to our mechanic, they did not charge to diagnose the transmission issue. They referred us to this place. When they looked at the car they told us that our new transmission would be $6500. After declining the work I was charged a $200 diagnostic fee for something I already knew, plus a over the phone fee at 3.5% because I couldn't get there during business hours due to working all day. I can only imagine how I would have been nickel and dimed if I approved the work.

It’s always easy to write a review when things go according to plan, but what prompted me to finally leave these 5 stars is because how they handled when something went wrong. Russ and his son Trevor went above and beyond to make right an issue with a repair that had been performed. It was some of the best customer service I’d ever experienced. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Your car is in good hands here. Honest trustworthy mechanics. A+
View on GoogleThis is by far the best auto repair shop around. Two other garages told me I had a transmission problem in my 2016 VW JETTA. Russ took the time to really investigate my car noises and the issue didn't even end up being my transmission but was something else completely. And he fixed that issue at a very fair price. My car now rides like it's brand new. It's not always easy walking into a car repair shop without a lot of car knowledge not knowing who to trust. I really lucked out going to his shop because Russ is very kind. I highly recommend Wilmington Auto Repair!
