I’ve used Jim Boudreau’s Automotive Service Center 6+ times and they’ve never disappointed. Jim is as honest as they come. You can tell a lot about a place by how it’s kept—his lawn is immaculate, the shop floors are spotless, and the massive American flag out front says a lot about the pride he takes in what he does. That level of care carries over to the work, and I’ve always felt my car is in good hands. Jobs are done promptly, communication is excellent, and pricing is very competitive I’ve seen some reviews questioning honesty, and that just hasn’t matched my experience at all. It feels more like frustration in certain situations than a consistent issue, because everything I’ve experienced here has been straightforward and fair. Highly recommend

I have been taking cars here for thirty years. Foreign and domestic vehicles. I have found the service reliable, on tie and done well. Compare their prices to dealerships these days and they are similar or less cost. Therefore, I keep returning year after year and have not had any regrets. Thanks to Jim and Ed. View on GoogleCalled and asked about an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Corolla hybrid. I was told it would be $55 for synthetic. Great. Come in and I’m told it’s actually $80. Then they tried to charge me $40 for a $20 cabin air filter replacement. Replaced it myself, took 5 minutes. Will not be going back.

View on GoogleOver charged my mother for an alternator. More recently she goes to get her brakes checked, does not check the break fluid and does not fix anything. Replaces the battery instead for no reason and charges $120 for labor. This man is not honest and will take advantage of you if you don't know any better.
