We brought a used car from a nearby dealer to Joe to look at before we committed to purchasing it. He spent the better part of an hour going over many parts and helping us draft a list for the dealer to address before we, ultimately, purchased the car. Joe was knowledgable, helpful, and brutally honest. Sue Ann was friendly and welcoming both over the phone and in person to us out-of-staters. Made me long to live closer so we could give them more business. May I award them six stars?

J & J is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to! Joe and his wife will treat you like family and do great work! Ever time I've gone here they've walked me through every step, taking the time to literally walk me under the car to explain to me what's going on. I trust them 100% to do good work and would never over charge me.

I've dealt with many automotive repair shops over the years and without question, J&J Automotive is the absolute best. I've been going there for over 10 years and Joe and his wife Sue-Ann are fantastic, extremely accommodating, honest, friendly, customer focused and go the extra mile to ensure a repair is not only completed perfectly, but is necessary in the first place! I can't recommend them enough!

I visited this place after getting recommendations from over two dozen of people when asked in a Facebook group. The owners have been around for 40 years now. Joe is a sweet guy. The only things I wasnt happy was he didn't get me a quote from the dealer he was getting my tire from and off course I could have asked him and he would have gotten it for me but I choose to ignore as I believed in him. He did a great job and rate were average.

I've been using J&J (Joe) for 20 years now. I live more than 30 minutes away but still bring my car to him. Joe is so trustworthy, honest, and fair that I just leave my keys and say "Whatever you think it needs, do."
