Let’s be honest—needing auto body repairs is never a pleasant experience. Fortunately, the staff here were outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the process, coordinated directly with my insurance provider and took care of all the extra paperwork to make sure my car was properly repaired from the start. I highly recommend their services!

Like another poster, we had a close encounter with a deer. It smashed a headlight, bumper, hood/fender. All Car Care did a VERY good job on the repair, especially doing the difficult to match metallic grey paint. I’d say this is the best match on metallic paint I’ve seen in a long time, and much better than we’ve had in the past from other shops. The other thing that impressed me is they used all the right plastic rivets, of which there are multiple types/sizes, to assemble the complex wheel liners and under-tray. This is stuff the average customer doesn’t see, but I checked and they took the time and care to get it all correct. Wonderful shop/people at All Car Care.

Let’s face it — no one ends up at an auto body shop for a fun reason, so emotions can run high. The team here was fantastic. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked with the insurance company (which initially quoted the wrong repair parts), and handled the extra paperwork to ensure my car was fixed the right way the first time. 100% recommend them!
