I brought in my vehicle to fix a check engine light, bad tire pressure sensor, and for an inspection. They replaced the tire pressure sensor just fine. However for the check engine light they replaced everything that could have possibly been causing the emissions warning, the gas cap, purge valve, and leak detection pump with a total parts cost of ~$700. They did this instead of diagnosing which part was actually needed for the fix. They did not explain this before completing the work. They also included a oil and filter change which I never asked for and they never asked me if I wanted it. On top of this they didn't do the emissions inspection and were not able to do it when I picked up the car since they didn't finish until the end of the 3 days that they had the car for. Finally after the 5 minute drive back home I discovered a leak in my tire that I'm 99% sure they caused while the car was at the shop. All in all I walked away with a $1250 charge, a leaking tire, and no vehicle inspection completed. Update: I ended having to fully replace the tire since it was a very big hole. The shop said they would have been happy to help repair it, but was not willing to cover the cost of replacement.

Do not take your car here for anything Electrical. They had my car for 3 days and did not figure out what was wrong. They recommended replacing both batteries for 1,200+ cost. I took it to get a second opinion, they issue turn out to be a wire running from the back of the car the ABS module. #1 rule of fixing anything: Don’t start changing things and hope it works!!!

I spent a sizable amount of money, but was happy to have them do the work. Unfortunately, after leaving the car for a day and a half, I return to find a fresh dent on the drivers side rear panel. Surely they will acknowledge, apologize and offer some reimbursement, yes? None of the above. Complete denial and very disappointing customer service. It's a shame, as I had used them for a while. I'll never get work there again and I will continue to spread the word for other to avoid this garage.
