incompetent and rude. almost destroyed my car, seemed drunk, wouldnt take responsibility for it or explain to me what he was doing to address the problem with my vehicle. terrible communication. shop is disgusting. they put the wrong part on my car in the end, and made the problem worse. if you want to overpay an idiot to ruin your car and not explain to you whats happening, this is the place for you. probably the worst experience ive ever had with a business in my life. go literally anywhere else.

I had been having issues with my tires leaking air for a long time. Carlos hammered out the rims and told me they were very dented from hitting all the potholes around here. The problem was gone for all but one tire. I brought it back to him and he resealed that tire. He charged very little for all the work and my tires have been great since then! No one else had offered this as a solution to my problem.

Carlos is the best! He diagnosed my tire issue right away. I dropped it off on Saturday and all 4 tires were fixed in 2 hours. I don’t know much about cars so he explained everything to me so I knew what to look for in the future. Honest and trustworthy guy! Totally reasonable pricing and I will definitely be back in the future.

There was noise in the suspension, and I was told I need new shocks. Carlos replaced the shocks and - supposedly - links. That didn’t help with the noise, and a month later one of the links (that apparently was making the noise) broke and damaged the tire. Now I need to buy a pair of new tires, which I am very unhappy about. Don’t go to this place.
