These guys were great. I went in thinking I had one issue. They sent me a video showing what the actual problem was. I confirmed the quote for the repair was very fair. They quickly got the part, installed, and had my car back to me the next day. Fair and trustworthy shop - highly recommend.

View on GoogleI hate to have to leave a negative review but I had my car here for a month exactly & nothing was done. I needed a head gasket repair- I get it’s a big job and what not but I would have appreciated if I could have been told from the start they were not capable/ did not want to take on the job, instead just wasted my time, would not recommend.

I went to 3 different mechanics and all of them were happy to take my money and never fixed the core issue. Ravelo’s was the first place to actually test different parts and give me the bad news head on. Since then I have had an engine replaced at Ravelo’s and several services done there as well. The car runs smooth, and never had the level of issues it had prior to my visit to Ravelo’s. I completely trust the advise these guys give and just let them do their thing. Probably the best auto workshop in MA/Boston, and its cheap compared to everything else out there!
