Mercedes-Benz of Boston Service Center

A few years ago I used to use Herb Chambers Mini Cooper of Boston for the service of my Mini Cooper. The service was always fabulous there. So much so that I recommended to friends and family that if they were to purchase a car they should look up a Herb Chambers dealership. I recently had occasion to use Mercedes-Benz of Boston for some emergency tire replacement on my E450 Cabriolet. It was late in the afternoon they graciously took me in quickly, performed the repair and had me on my way in short order. From the valet service when pulling in, to the service advisor Ryan, to the cashier when checking out, all performed the kind of service the kind of service above and beyond the typical dealership experience. While Mercedes-Benz of Boston is not local to where I live here in Massachusetts, I would not hesitate to use them again. It was a fantastic experience all around. Thank you so much to the team!

I want to thank Dana for all of her help and support buying my new 2026 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT43!
