Great experience here. Had a small issue that Marc fixed for free then took care of a number of maintenance issues for a reasonable cost compared to other local options. Did all of this in one day and stayed late on a friday to get it done and even tidied my car. Will definitely be coming back! For context, car was a 2020 subaru Impreza
View on GoogleGo here! I basically picked this place at random but they now have a customer for everything. They're fast, friendly, and fair. Before they saw my car, they said the dreaded "Well, just so you know, the way you describe it, it might also need X..." it didn't end up needing X and they didn't try to tell me it needed X. I researched rough estimate prices before I got quotes - they gave me a fair price. They handled a few other small things for me, too - also fairly priced. They gave it a vacuum and wiped the dash, down, too, which I didn't expect and left me feeling even better.

View on GoogleI had an amazing experience with Four Wheels. I don't know if it's a one man operation, but Marc, the owner and mechanic, is the only guy I ever talked to. He was very clear about his pricing when I was dropping my car off, and the final bill ended up being much lower than I'd thought. He gave me a quote for diagnostics, and I expected to pay more for labor on top of that to fix the problem once he figured it out, but no, just the cost of parts and the original diagnostics quote. My problem was a little weird and he had the creative solution relatively quickly. This man has honesty, integrity, and skill, and great customer service. Hopefully it won't be soon, but I'll be coming back!
View on GoogleCommunication and patience in explaining the potential issue is the selling point of this location. The staff are approachable and friendly. They are however, on expensive side and they will quote you full replacement cost of an item instead of repairing what can be repaired at a more reasonable cost. Further, if you chose not to go ahead with the repair, they will charge you, just under $100 for looking at the car, a fee which is not disclosed or described anywhere. So if you're on a budget, clarify that with them, prior to handing the keys over to them.
