Joe from town fair tire in Salem MA highland ave., was awesome. He was friendly, explained to me what tire I needed, doubled check and verified that they did not have it in their inventory.. explained to me that it would be a special order, explained the cost, then finally I if I wanted to proceed with the order.. thanks Joe , as a woman without much knowledge about tires etc.. I was apprehensive about going in to inquire.. believing I would be taken advantage of , however, that was not case..
