Greetings, I would like to share with you my repeated awesome experiences with T Tires. My first was three years ago this month in March of 2023. I was in need of tires on my 2019 Honda Civic Sport. After the "runaround" from some of the "bigger name" establishments in Salem, MA, I came across T Tires on an Internet search. I called, the owner (Kreshnik??) answered, and we chatted. I was impressed by everything in our conversation; thus, I booked an appointment. Not only did I get four new tires, but I also decided to get a new battery (Interstate) as they were reasonably priced and I would need one soon. Can I tell you, just awesome service, solid products and no hiding from anyone. Last night coming back from DeMoulas, I fell into the Baby Grand Canyon AKA a nasty pothole where my left front tire took the hit. By the time I got home, my dashboard looked like the 4th of July. I emailed T Tires because they were closed. Kreshnik hit me back within an hour or so stating, "Yes you can bring it tomorrow and we will take care. Thank you ttires" I was there at 8:15 a.m. this morning as they took care of the issue once again with great service, NO BS and a nice price! I will continue going back. Thanks again, T Tires! Oh yeah, a "shoutout" to the nice and conversational receptionist from Brazil!

View on Google(Minus one star for a bit of a long wait/it can be unclear what they are doing when) but otherwise, this place is great. You can tell that they are eager to help. I got a flat tire on Saturday and as I was down the road, I stopped by. Not only did they let me walk in without an appointment, but they didn’t have the right size tire for my car and went above and beyond to put a spare on so I could get home safe. They also offered to order a tire for me to come back Monday and have installed. Great service and such a kind owner.
View on GoogleIts amateur hour over there at T's tires. No joke, I think they aligned my car with a blindfold on. They charged me $90, then showed me what was still "in the red" and suggested another shop to go to in order to have it done properly. If you're looking for an honest and reasonably priced tire shop , try Bennet street tire in Lynn.
