I debated writing this review for a good year because I hate to speak poorly about a small business but I feel rather than have this happen to someone else it should be put out there. My husband was side swiped in our car in April of 2024. Upon a referral, we brought our car here to be looked at. This was on a Thursday. Insurance came to tow our car the following Monday as it was deemed a total loss. Expert Collision Center charged our insurance $200 PER DAY for “storage” aka off street parking (MA state average is $30 per day). I get trying to make a buck off a big insurance company but the insurance docked over $1,000 from our total loss settlement. Despite having an attorney , we were told it’s within their right to do this and to deal with the collision center directly. Phil refused to make us whole so we essentially spent $1,000 to park our car here for a weekend(as it was deemed total loss no services were provided beyond that). My insurance adjuster was actually shocked at the line item expenses provided (photo attached). Overall this left a horrible feeling in my stomach and I’d hate for them to try to make a quick buck at the expense of someone else who had to buy a completely brand new car on top of this invoice.

These guys are legit. Please disregard any negative reviews you see regarding these guys. I have been dealing directly with Nick and he’s been nothing but short of amazing. At first I wasn’t going to go through insurance and pay him out of pocket because he gave me a great rate and when I decided to go through insurance he guaranteed me with a smooth process and seamless transition to the claim with estimates and supplements available withing 2-3 days! These guys aren’t here to just make money, but help these cars get back on the road in a better shape from when they came in, and they do it with care for their clients! Absolutely worth the drive, no one has taken better care of my car like these guys have!
