A small deer ran out in front of my car on Christmas Eve, not a great way to start the holidays, but dealing with my insurance company and Kevin at Essex County Collision was a good experience overall. Kevin was thoughtful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. I received two other quotes from other companies to repair the damage and his was the best. I would have gone with his outfit even if it wasn't. (I should mention that Essex County was recommended highly by my mechanic). My car looked brand new when I picked it up (yes, they detail their customers cars beautifully!) and when I found a few days later that my new headlight had moisture in it, Kevin promptly had me return the car to switch out the faulty light that came from the dealership at no extra charge even though the fault was not his. (And he washed my car again!) Kevin is an honest, down to earth person who is well skilled in what he does and who stands behind the quality of work done in his shop.

Kevin is the best in the business! Second time working with him for body work on my vehicle. He was extremely communicative and worked his hardest to to get the repairs finished before the holidays. The insurance process was seamless and my truck came out great.

They truly care about the customer and are great at working with your insurance company. When they were done my truck was better than new. View on GoogleCan't say enough great things about Kevin the owner of Essex County Collision. I'm a pretty safe driver, my whole family is, but this is metro Boston and on average, once every two years, somebody bangs into one of our cars. So far it's all (more or less) minor stuff. Bumpers and body panels but nothing is simple or cheap on cars these days. Kevin always makes our cars perfect again. Great attention to detail and quality of work at the most reasonable price around. And he is always in an upbeat mood. I don't remember how I found Essex County Collision in the first place, but I'm glad I did - you will be too!
