I recently brought my vehicle to this shop for service. When the vehicle was returned, I noticed fresh damage to the rear passenger-side bumper, including several scrapes and paint transfer that I had not previously observed. Since I had only owned the vehicle for about a week, I was understandably concerned and wanted to discuss the issue with staff. Unfortunately, the employee’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or offering to investigate the matter, he immediately stated that the damage did not occur on their property. As a customer, I was simply asking that the situation be looked into, especially since the business has surveillance cameras and multiple employees working around customer vehicles. What disappointed me most was not necessarily the damage itself, but the lack of customer service. A simple review of the cameras or a willingness to investigate would have shown concern for the customer. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated as though my concerns did not matter. I would also recommend anyone taking their vehicle there for service take photos of it prior to dropping it off and carefully inspecting your vehicle immediately upon pickup to avoid any uncertainty if concern arise.
