Highly recommend Creedon’s Auto Repair. When the transmission in my work van blew up, they arranged the tow, handled the warranty company, and kept me updated throughout the entire rebuild process. It’s been over 2,000 miles since the repair and the van is still running strong. They even helped me out with an unrelated electrical issue while it was there. Great communication, quality work, and excellent customer service. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Avoid this place. Went in to get a clutch replaced (very simple, straightforward job) and they couldn't even get that right. Gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake, and they gave me the runaround for months. Eventually I just ate the cost and went elsewhere. Dishonesty and lack of skilled labor are the key elements of a bad mechanic.

So I brought my BMW X5 here and I talked to them on a Friday. They said it if I get it there on Monday they should be able to start it either late Monday or Tuesday and it would be ready on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they told me they had no heat (which I understand these problems because I am a business owner myself). I needed my car back sometime on Saturday so I called again on Thursday and they told me that the city was ripping up the sidewalk and their ramp so it was tough for them to get cars in and out of the shop and so he told me it wasn’t looking good until after the weekend but try calling on back Friday. So I call back Friday around noon and the gentlemen told me that the owner Mark had some extra help coming in on Friday afternoon (because of my situation) to pull the old transmission and he was going to come in on Saturday (which they aren’t open on Saturday’s) to put the new one in. For the rough week that is sounded like they had they stood by their word and got it done for me. I picked up my car at about noon on Saturday. It was such a huge help for me. I would highly recommend this place. They were very reasonably priced and everyone I dealt with there was very respectful. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place and if I ever have transmission problems I would take it back here. They did a great job and the car runs nice and smooth. Thank you again guys I do appreciate it.
