Two nights ago they towed my car, as I was parked too close to a corner. Ok, my fault, I own that. I went to get my car back first thing yesterday morning and I saw that the tow truck driver’s hat was in my passenger seat, which means he went into my car when I wasn’t present. I found out later from the police that he should not have done that. Also, ever since I picked my car up, the key won’t turn all the way off and is stuck in the ignition. Also, the light on my dash says “Theft Attempted”. Now my battery is going to die from not being able to turn my car off completely. I have to take time out of my day and miss a day of work which I won’t get paid for in order to try to fix whatever they screwed up.

I came home from school drop off and a Bill’s Auto Clinic to truck was blocking the street. I gently tapped the horn. It took the driver a minute to even acknowledge me. He walked partly over and yelled out “go around,” but that would require going over the curb, so I asked him to move up just a few feet. He shook his head and kept working. Very rude.

I had my project car towed by these guys for a parking spot I barley take this car out and the damages I found recently are just crazy both fenders are pulled out and under my car has a huge hole in it I put a lot of money and effort into this car for people like these lazy guys to ruin it

They will tow AWD cars without a bed and destroy your transmission, they wont answer the phone during normal buissness hours, the yard charges 35$ a day for "storage" yet refuse to place signs saying what tow yard to contact. 0/5 experience wont be surprised when the owners indited for fraud

Please Read and Save Yourself This Headache — Get a Lawyer Before Ever Stepping Foot in This Place This place is absolutely horrible. The customer service is beyond terrible, and “price gouging” doesn’t even begin to describe it. I was charged nearly $200, and on top of that, they add an illegally high credit card fee to cover their own financial shortcomings—which is no surprise given the rundown state of the lot and garage as a whole. They towed me even though I was parked in a spot where an employee of the garage specifically told me it was okay to park. The owner was present the entire time, glaring nastily from the back, while the staff treated me with rudeness and zero concern. It was unprofessional, aggressive, and deeply unsettling. As a young woman, I can’t even begin to pray hard enough that no one else has to go through what I experienced today. They rushed us out, tried to close the gate on us before we even had a chance to put the GPS on, and showed no respect or decency at all. To top it off, as we left, we saw another employee climb out of a truck with their company logo—wearing filthy, mismatched socks and no shoes. That visual sums this place up perfectly: unprofessional, careless, and crooked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Get a lawyer if you’re ever forced to deal with them. They are nothing but crooks.
