Wilson Square Auto Service is the best! The mechanics are friendly, honest, and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They fixed my car quickly and at a fair price. Plus, the gas prices are decent! Hard to find a shop you can truly trust—highly recommend!

I specifically asked the attendant to put $10 of gas in my car, but they pumped $56 instead.When I realized a few hours later that the gas tank was full. I checked my bank account to see the transaction. I went back and I went inside to respectfully address the issue, I was met with defensive and aggressive behavior instead of a solution. I felt completely attacked and disrespected, even though I remained calm and polite the entire time. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they made me feel like I was in the wrong. This is unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be returning. I’d recommend others double-check their pumps and receipts before leaving to avoid being overcharged. (They told me to come back the next day with a card but I preferred not too after the interaction)and I wasn’t given a receipt. 1/5 stars.
View on GoogleThis place is under new ownership and has to have some of the best customer service you will find. I came her on a recommendation from my dad who had work done on his care for an amazing price. My mom also goes here and the owner always gives our dog a treat. I had a new tire installed on my car and here’s the best part…he did it for FREE and even refused the money I offered him. I will religiously get my gas here and get any work done at this place.
View on GoogleI brought my car in for an overheat issue had my car over a week repaired bunch of stuff same problem happening. I don’t think the mechanic there is capable of fixing cars. Horrible service horrible customer communication lies lies and lies. I would not bring you car there for anything I would not even go for gas. Horrible experience wasted over a week with no answer. Have to take elsewhere. Again horrible service bad bad real bad mechanic
View on GoogleDeceitful price sign. The advertised price was only for cash. The only problem is that it's not listed on the sign and because it's a full service station, customers can't pump their own gas and the attendant doesn't mention anything to the customer. When I pulled in the full service gas station, the attendant came to my window and said hi. I ask for a full tank regular. When I saw the total, I pulled my phone calulator to check because it was very high. The attendant said well, that's the credit card price. So I said, I have cash. To which he replied:"too late" as he pointed at the small print atop the pump where it says cash 3.35$ card 3.55$. So, I said:" you should have asked if I was paying with cash or card". He said sorry, next time.
