While fixing two of the tire on my car, the mechanics damage the rings and now they claims the damage was already there when I know 100 % there were not! Those are the only rings that are scratched, what a coincidence right? And the damage is obviously done by a clamp tire changer machine. Now there are not taking responsibility for it, even worse, they basically ignore me when I called, texted, and went to the dealer to complaint. I’ve been going to this dealers for service for years, never had any problem until now. Very disappointed ☹️
View on GoogleI’ve been a loyal customer of this Acura dealership since around 2009, with both a leased and owned vehicle serviced here. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. My son brought one of my cars in for service and was initially treated very well—the intake staff even offered him a private office so he could work while waiting, which was greatly appreciated. However, things quickly went downhill from there. When the service team had a question, they looked for him in the main waiting area, not realizing he had been placed in an office. Instead of coordinating internally, they called me. I missed the call and returned it shortly after, only to be met by a very rude and unhelpful employee who refused to assist unless I could name the specific service advisor. Despite offering my name and vehicle information, he dismissed me and told me to call my son—who was already in the building. As a result of this miscommunication, my son sat waiting for about 40 extra minutes while the car was already finished. Additionally, a recommended service item was not completed simply because no one effectively communicated with us. I will say the new service manager did call me back and had a professional, constructive conversation, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience felt disorganized and dismissive, and it was disappointing to see staff more focused on covering for one another than resolving the issue in the moment. After many years as a customer, I expected better coordination and customer care.
