They kept our truck for weeks and refused to explain any part of their diagnostic process. Questions were met with vague answers or flat-out refusal to explain how they reached their conclusions. First, they confidently said the issue was the engine — so the engine was replaced. Shortly after, the truck died on the highway, creating a dangerous situation. Thankfully, no one was hurt. After that failure, the diagnosis suddenly changed to the catalytic converters. Again, no explanation. No test results. No reasoning. Just another confident statement with nothing to back it up. We then brought the truck to a different shop, who immediately and clearly diagnosed the real issue — and it was completely unrelated to anything this shop claimed. Zero percent overlap. Weeks wasted, incorrect diagnoses, and a total lack of transparency. This place doesn’t troubleshoot — they guess, then double down when they’re wrong. If you value accuracy, honesty, or basic communication, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere.
