The mechanic didn’t even know which way to use the impact wrench. Didn’t know what size lug nuts were needed. After changing the tire, didn’t even check the tire pressure. He said the TPMS sensor only reacts when there is tire pressure — so basically, a flat tire means tire pressure is fine? Seriously? He didn’t know how to relearn the sensor either. All he kept saying was, “It’ll be fine.” And he even burned out my headlight — didn’t pay for it, just said the camera footage got deleted… then said the camera was broken. Told me I didn’t know anything about cars. Took off two bolts and left them off. Got the car all dirty and didn’t bother cleaning it. The expansion bolts came off — couldn’t even put them back properly, or just forgot them entirely
