I have visited this location a total of three times, the first two visits went great! However after this last visit I will never go back to this location. First let me start with the good: My first two visits were for tire rotations and since I take my vehicles offroad the tech on duty was awesome and went above and beyond by asking what tire pressure I wanted my tires at as well as if I wanted my lugs torqued to factory specs or something else. Now for the terrible: On my third visit I went to have new tires, mount and balanced on a new set of wheels and installed on my vehicle. I received a phone call saying that the lug nuts I had before would not work with the new wheels (I had ET lugs and needed Acorn) I informed them I would get the correct lugs and be right there. Upon arriving with the correct lugs my vehicle had been removed from the lift and was parked outside with lugs installed on only maybe 5/6 threads! When I asked them why the heck they did that knowing I was on my way they simply responded it was "a mistake" a mistake!? It was a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE!!!! That should have NOT came off the lift! Not only was it a major safety issue but they were content sending me on my way as if they had done a good job! In the end they fixed the issue but only after I had to explain to them how they were going to make it right. I don't understand how a shop with "professionally trained" technicians can be that careless!

I had a great experience at Sullivan Tire thanks to Helena. I came in needing a tire repair, and she took care of me right away without any hassle. Helena provided outstanding customer service—she was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything from A to Z so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. The service is fast and the folks at the desk are professional and friendly. I can always get a Saturday appointment in the same week. Will continue to use this location for my scheduled service, as well as recommend Sullivan tire.

I just got my first tire rotation on my new 2026 Tesla Model Y. I normally get Tesla mobile service or take it to their Peabody service center but they were busy. Thank you Sean, Zach and everyone here at Sullivan Tire in Peabody. This my new favorite Sullivan Tire. I will be visiting them again.
