These guys are freakin rock stars. First, the tow truck driver who picked us up (Matthew!!) was so helpful and super nice. Made a crappy situation a little better. Then everyone at the shop was great - kind, helpful, generally awesome. They stayed open an extra HOUR on a Friday night to get my car fully repaired. Honestly the best experience I've had at a repair shop. Bring your car here!!

He was kind, patient, and took the time to really help us figure out our car trouble instead of just doing the minimum and moving on. What meant the most was that he genuinely wanted to help and stayed with it until we had a solution. Because of his effort and willingness to go the extra mile, our family was able to keep our weekend plans instead of having them canceled. We're very thankful for David's help and the way he treated us. His professionalism and customer service made a difficult situation much easier.
View on GoogleI am getting this tow through my insurance so it is at no cost to me. I first put in the request at noon today. It is 3:30 p.m. I realize now that I could have pushed my car to the garage down the street faster than to rely on what I can only assume is a man on a tricycle-powered tow truck. I am never going to have kids but i know what it means to be disappointment 1/31/25 update. I needed another tow, long story. I called my insurance for the tow and referenced my experience on 1 / 24. I did not receive the normal notification saying someone is ln the way. Just a phone call. It was S & A and they were on site. My car has been snowed in. The driver waited for me. He said he could not wait. He proceeded to watch me dig out my car amd left right as i was done. 10/10 for irony. I do not know what else to say. I hope to never have to rely on these people again. I did not know the depths of my disappointment.
View on GoogleEditing my review. Yes, the timing was way off. Like others have said. I’m lucky I wasn’t stranded, but being told “20 minutes” for 3-4 hours is annoying. The phone number Progressive gave me wasn’t accepting voice mail messages. Their number on the website also wasn’t answered. BUT, they did eventually show up and changed my battery fast and the price was great. They were super friendly. I know everyone in this field is so busy right now and I wasn’t stranded and not a priority. But, be honest. If it’s going to be 4 hours. Tell me that.
