Super disappointed with my diagnostic visit this time. Brought my car in to check for a leak and was told I needed to replace my serpentine belt, which had quite literally just been done. Not sure if the mechanic actually looked at it or not at this point or if he just didn't care. Someone also moved my headlight out of position so there is now a large gap between it and the housing, which is definitely NOT how I left it upon going upstairs to wait. Also, when my car was washed, the floor mats were placed on the front seats, leaving them filthy AND someone opened the back door in the process because mud was splattered all over the inside of the back drivers side door, the speaker, and the side of the driver's seat. I'm not entirely sure why I paid $200 for this diagnostic only to leave having to pay more elsewhere to fix what was done to my headlight and to have to clean up the inside of my car myself from the mess y'all caused. It's a 4 hour drive from my house to your location, and quite frankly, I expect my car to be better taken care of than this.

Hit a massive pot hole and had to get the Mini towed to Mini Peabody. Whole experience was great. Starting from the roadside assist feature. Communication and technology was great. Communication from Mini Peabody was support. Car arrived overnight and service reached out at 7am on the spot. And updates every step of the way. I had the car repaired and back home the next day. That’s spectacular service.
View on GoogleI had an appointment for an oil change in December but had to cancel as I was not feeling well. Mark Spanoghe, Service Advisor Extraodinaire, rescheduled me for the following day. When I arrived, he immediately checked me in and assured me that he would have my service completed as quickly as possible so I could get back home. Within an hour, I was on my way home. It is rare these days to find someone with such compassion to help a customer professionally and personally. I am grateful for Mark and all the fine people at Mini of Peabody.

I called the service department, thy arranged to have the car towed in, serviced the car the next day and I picked it back up all washed and cleaned. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

Mark arranged for John to pick up my car for service as I was not able to get to the dealership due to my health issues. John was a pleasure to meet and he said my car drove like it was brand new rather than the actual age of the car at 21. Overall A+ for both Mark and John for their great customer service. Thank you.
