I had a low speed accident and did way more damage than I expected. They had to replace the hood, front quarter panel, fender, and trim... and also the super expensive and complex headlight system, which required an import of the part and calibration from Mercedes themselves. They took care of all of this without me lifting a finger, and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. I just dropped the car off, and paid them my insurance deductible when I picked up. Wonderful. The work was flawless - the painted panels were a perfect match and everything lines up perfectly, and the headlight system with auto-steer and auto highbeams and leveling was calibrated. I am very particular and was impressed at their attention to detail. Customer service is also top notch, with great communication throughout, and I felt they were very open and straightforward with exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely visit again. I enjoy working with people that are friendly and forthright. It turned a crappy situation into a positive experience.

I dont feel the need to share a pic because it came out looking exact to the unscratched rims. Awesome business and friendly staff. Bonus, while I was in, I saw a few guys with local car dealer shirts on in the payment office. You know they’re good if dealers go there for body work!

Wagner that work there was very nice and come to my house and picked up my car and took it to the body shop. While it was getting fixed he kept me posted about everything, such as how was the process with my insurance, when the car would be ready, what was the problem, and so on. He took care of everything and in less then two weeks my car was ready, and it only took more than a week because of my insurance with paperwork. After the car was fixed he brought me back the car clean and ready to go. My car looked great. I am very happy with their service. Thank you Wagner for all your help. My wife has a Jeep Grand Cherokee that she loves and our daughter borrowed it and unfortunately was in an accident and "rear ended someone" we thought it was totaled. When my wife picked up the car it looked "Amazing" they did an unbelievable job it looks like it was never in an accident. I just recommended them to friend who was just in an accident. I highly recommend them!
