I got into a fender bender with my 2015 Toyota RAV4 and didn't want to go through insurance. I found D&R Auto Body via a ChatGPT search and decided to take a chance on them and I'm glad I did. Kevin was phenomenal. Super helpful and friendly. He looked at the damage (which was pretty significant, the front bumper, grill, left head light and fog lamp all needed to be replaced and the left fender had minor damage but needed to be pulled back into place) and he gave me a quick, fair estimate which I agreed to. My exhaust was system was also having some problems, possible some pin holes (separate from the accident) so I asked to look at it and repair that as well. I going to be out of town the following week so Kevin told me to drop the car off before I left and he'd get it done while I was gone. Which he did, the car was ready the day after I got back and it looked and sounded as good a new. The final price was exactly what he quoted, no up-selling or 'unexpected problems' that would increase the price - just honest, straight forward business which I really appreciate. Also, before he fixed the exhaust, he texted me the additional cost for that which was very fair. All in all, I had great experience with Kevin and D&R Auto Body. I highly recommend.

When the front door to my '96 LR Defender 110 broke Kevin at D&R Autobody was more than willing to take a look and discuss options. Not in a position to buy a new door and short on time to get the issue resolved. Kevin worked with my schedule and budget to expertly weld the broken piece returning the door to a 'like new' condition and did it all in a single afternoon. Autobody work is rarely an elected expense. Typically autobody work is needed after an accident or when things fall into disrepair. In those moments you're going to want someone like Kevin that puts the customer experience first, is transparent, communicative, fair and knowledgeable.
