Team at BMW did an excellent job for my recent service. I had a one of a kind experience as my issue involved a squirrel with a unique personality disorder. They were informative, thorough, and within quote which was nice. I also appreciate that they were able to match my humor on this whole situation.

I had a flat tire and I had originally purchased the tire package yet I’m 30 miles away from Peabody and it’s the closest BMW dealership, she arranged for a flatbed tow for my 330 I from Burlington to Peabody at no cost that arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up here and bring me to the dealership once it was done again at no cost. They also did a pretty decent detail of my car inside and out for free. This dealership and Nicole are fantastic.

I actually called around to other bmw service businesses and was quoted a similar price on brakes, so I decided to have the service performed at the dealership, BMW of Peabody. I asked for them to do a test drive and inspect the brakes and let me know before performing any work. After the evaluation, the service manager, Greg, called me and gave me a new price that was actually lower than the quote! I was also able to have a loaner vehicle for the day, and when I picked up my vehicle it was washed and looked great. I feel good knowing that I received excellent service, using genuine BMW parts for a price that was less than the mom and pop shops. Thank you BMW of Peabody. I will be back for service again.
View on GoogleOutstanding service and support. Nicole my assigned Service representative was extremely helpful. She even negotiated with my extended warranty company to make sure I was fully covered. And I was! The continued updates ( text messages, phone calls) is so appreciated. In my option, it’s the service AFTER the sale makes the difference!
View on GoogleVery disappointed, apparently at BMW you can’t just go in and pay for a check up like you do at other dealers. Other dealers charge you a one time fee of 200-250, and look over your whole vehicle for problems as an inspection, at BMW they asked me what were my concerns? I went ahead and said just want look over my car. It vibrates at idle and it makes a humming sound over 50. They went ahead and brought me 2 bills for my concerns. $220 to look at my tires and another $220 to tell me I need motor mounts. Be careful when you walk in there and make sure you ask the service advisor to be clear about what you’re paying. Ernesto told me you’ll pay $219 today and if you repair with us that mo eh will go towards that. Then handed me a bill for $438. Also argued with me saying that he told me I was getting charged per concern, which he did never did. Very dissatisfied with the way he threated me.
