The Newton location manager, Oscar, and the front desk attendant, Theresa, were exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Another great experience at Sullivan Tire in Newton. It is a bummer to have tire issues, but so good to know that the team at Sullivan has my back!
View on GoogleTook my car in to get my oil changed and had my back brake pads changed as well. After getting the car back, I heard a strange sound so I took it back. They told me there wasn't a problem. Kept hearing the sound so took the car to a different mechanic. They told me that they (1) tightened my oil cap too much and broke it. the oil was leaking. (2) they put the wrong brake pads in for my car so had to get them changed again. Will never be going here again! Save yourself the time and money.
View on GoogleMy experience was top notch from start to finish. Not only did I receive great help selecting tires, but I was able to have them put on THE NEXT DAY. What a miracle that was! Furthermore, the customer service was stellar. I dropped my car off late last night and realized that I'd left my house key (not my car key) in the dropbox envelope. I panicked about this and called your shop. Imagine my surprise when a complimentary Lyft driver showed up at my front door, took the car key, and delivered it to you - all by 10 am today! I have new tires, new friends and a wonderful story to tell. I will recommend Sullivan Tire to everyone I know. Thank you!
View on GoogleAs a young woman who does not know much about cars, getting repairs can be intimidating. We are often talked down to or not given information in an accessible way. Ozzy, the store manager, made a clear, conscious effort to explain my car’s damage in language I could understand, answered all of my questions, and did so in a friendly, gentle manner. I have never received such welcoming customer service at an auto repair shop. They even sent me a courtesy Lyft to come pick up my car. I cannot recommend Sullivan Tire in Newton enough! Thank you Ozzy and team!
View on GoogleGreat experience from start to finish! They even provided us with free transportation to/from our house, which wad a huge bonus and much appreciated. We got in on a four tires for the price of three deal. Theresa, the receptionist extraordinaire, was phenomenal. She really carries the weight of this place with style & grace. It's not as easy job, but she handles it by extending respect and kindness, which makes all the difference in the world! Sullivan is SO lucky to have her! The one thing that was kind of petty, was that one of our tires was missing a lugnut ($9) and they called us mid-process to get the ok on replacing it, which when you're spending $800 seems kind of ridiculous not to just give it on a complimentary basis, but other than this, we highly recommend this particular location of Sullivan, since not all are created equal. A special shoutout to Ozzy for his time & efforts to help us. Happy holidays to you all!
