I like the confidence in knowing they know what they are doing and they the best parts. I know cars and I know they know what they are doing. Great place for perfect service at a reasonable price! The dealer told us we needed $3,500 of parts and labor. Reagans said it needed a battery, the brakes and other things the dealer suggested were fine. Who would you trust?

Being family-owned really makes a difference; there's a level of care and attention you don't get elsewhere. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to explain everything that's going on with my car. I never feel like I'm being talked down to or kept in the dark. They keep me in the loop throughout the whole process, which gives me real peace of mind. I trust them completely with all my vehicles, and I recommend them to everyone I know. It's rare to find a shop that cares as much about their customers as they do about the cars they're working on. And, they will only fix what needs to be, very honest and reliable.

I brought my car to get the inspection this evening, based on so many positive reviews and a recommendation (I was told that this place is the best in the area). The person who helped me was so kind, professional, and extremely fast. Perhaps 10-15 mins or less when he said it's all set! He told me it's all set and the documents were on the passenger seat. Even the cashier's area has a plastic barrier to keep a distance, credit card machine for customers to pay by themselves and all set in a few seconds! I look forward to the next year. 😊👍 Thank you! --- Updated 10/16/21 Douglas and Eric were extremely helpful. I brought my car to get inspection today. They have been trying to help with my registration. Service was beyond expectation. Highly recommend this place!

Jeremy is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and my car has always been ready ahead of schedule. I've never paid an unreasonable amount for services... always what I anticipated. A nice bonus is because it's a full-service gas station, you're able to pick up and drop off your car pretty late into the evening. Highly recommend!
