Very reasonable, friendly, no nonsense staff. I'm not a car guy and It's no secret. We're all a little concerned about getting appraisals for a lot more work than we actually need. So I checked out the most likely issues my car was having with ChatGPT and got basic estimates on price ranges before going in. The service people In mechanics did not add any extra fixes or replacements than what was needed. And I found the pricing to be quite reasonable. Plus, they gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off and the next day had a nice loaner available for me. Awesome service. No hiccups or extra hassles. The work I needed done was not major, but it did involve the wheels safety so I needed it addressed immediately and I was able to drop it off that day. Got it back two days later with all issues addressed. I can't speak to major work, but if you need anything moderate or light, I found Pleasant to be an easy place to deal with, with very capable mechanics.

Had my first experience with Pleasant Car Care of Newton and was absolutely blown away by how incredible it was! I was shocked by how transparent they are when they sent me videos of my car during the inspection process. Rob the service representative had wonderful communication via phone calls and text throughout the time my car was there! I also got the opportunity to meet Charlie the owner—you can tell he truly cares about his customers and staff. I will for sure be coming back and recommend anyone in the area to come here if they are looking for quality service.
