I was quoted one price for the repair, but when I picked up my car the total was significantly higher with no clear explanation. Very disappointing experience. The pricing felt misleading and untrustworthy. They added charges at pickup that were never discussed or approved beforehand. Customer service was dismissive when I questioned the difference, which made the experience even worse. I felt completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, transparent, and reliable service.

George quoted $2500 to replace to replace an exhaust system that didn't need to be replaced. I had it fixed for $200 at another shop! At first he refused to provide a quote. Just said that it would be $2500 and I would get a write up at the end. Then when we put the car on the lift, he pointed out all the parts that he would replace that were functioning properly and were recently replaced. Sensors, catalytic converter. None of these were having a problem. Instead I took it to a another shop that simply cut out the bad section of pipe and welded in a new one. 45 minutes and $200 later I was on my way have with a quiet car! What a scam! Avoid!!

These people are complete scam artists. I pulled in in a hurry yesterday and wasn’t paying attention to price of gas (my mistake). Realized as I’m pumping that I was paying $4.99/gal for REGULAR!! (Again, my fault for not looking at price when I pulled in). That’s at least $2 more than any other gas station I’ve been to or seen in MA/RI!! And that was the cash price and NOT full service!! I think super was almost $6/gal!! I can’t believe these people get away with charging these prices! It’s a total rip off and they’re clearly taking advantage of their customers. Will never go back there and will make sure I tell everyone I know in Newton to steer clear of that location. Terrible. They should be ashamed.
