Waste of time and money to get your car detailed here! I'd never paid to get my car detailed before, but I got a coupon in the mail for $150 for a full outer and inside detailing. Figured I'd splurge for the convenience for once of not having to do it myself. Dropped the car off at 8am, to which I was told it would be done super quick. When I hadn't heard from them by 3pm, I called repeatedly before I could get the guy on the phone to update me. He basically told me they had gotten busy and were working on it, but to show up at 4:55pm (they close at 5p) to come get it. I picked up my car to see that the rubber floor mat was missing from my back passenger seat. It wasn't until the guy brought up my carpet floor mat, that I realized BOTH carpet mats, in addition to one of the rubber mats was missing. AND when they couldn't find them, the guy that cleaned my car came up and stated that the mats were never there when I dropped the car off. Uh, excuse me?! I just took all my personal stuff out of my car this morning, and I definitely have 4 mats of everything (both carpet and rubber), not 3. They finally found them, but like, don't accuse me of something that was your fault. And what if I drove away not noticing? They definitely would've been lost forever. The whole thing was just so rushed. They didn't vacuum my trunk or inside my console AT ALL, plus did a terrible job on the inside fabric that they did try to vacuum. Didn't even clean the creases of my seats, which were still filled with crumbs and dirt, etc. On top of this, I asked them to do their free services, which included checking the wheels and tires and doing a tire inspection, as I thought my one tire had a slow leak. I asked for the report about that when I checked out, and the guy was like "uh, yeah they're all fine" (he totally forgot, and no one checked). Then he man-splained to me about the weather temperature causing fluctuations in tire pressures sometimes, and that it was probably nothing. I would've been better off doing it myself. Now I know better.

I have taken my car a couple of times here. The service is good and I was always able to book an appointment at a short notice. The staff was also able to service my car pretty quickly.

As I go to leave, I pull out of the parking lot and immediately hear a grinding noise under my car that wasn't there before they touched it. Immediately brought it back and they refused to fix the damage THEY caused to my vehicle unless I paid for their carelessness. Would never step foot in here again. Be sure to watch their every move when they have your car.
