Town Fair Tire

I recently visited the Town Fair Tire in Marlborough, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for high-quality service and a team that actually knows their stuff, this is the spot. I worked with Matt C., and he was fantastic. He made the entire process seamless, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. The repair was quick, the pricing was transparent, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was great. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tire needs. I had an appointment at Town Fair Tire in Marlborough, MA for two new front tires, an alignment, and to have my better tires moved to the back. The visit took four hours, which was already a lot, but the real concern came when I got to my car and saw that one of the rear tires was completely bald. I went back inside to ask about it since they told me they had moved the better tires to the rear. At first, the attendant insisted they had kept the better tire on the car. They brought out only one of the discarded tires and said the other was unusable. Even after showing me the one they threw out, he told me it was in just as bad condition as the one on my rear passenger side. Except, as you can see in the photos, one tire was clearly in much better shape than the other. If I had taken his word for it, I would have been driving away with an unsafe tire. I asked them to bring the discarded tire out to my car so we could compare them side by side. Once we did that, it was obvious the wrong tire had been installed. They first told me it would be another hour and a half to fix, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. After I pushed back, they refunded part of what I paid and moved me up in line, but it still took another long wait. I was there from 8:45 to 2:30.

I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire thanks to Bubbles! He was super friendly, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. You can tell he really cares about helping people and doing a good job. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thanks again, Bubbles!

Had a great experience at Town Fair Tire in Marlborough. Bubbles especially was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of the right way. I’ve had plenty of experiences at tire shops over the years, but this was honestly the first time I was truly blown away by the level of customer service. Fast, professional, and just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with my experience at Townfair Tire today! I was quoted an insane amount for 2 new tires & an alignment at Nissan Marlborough for my Nissan Sentra (plus, they didn’t have my tires in stock). I immediately went to Townfair Tire the next day & they helped me out right away. They quoted me 2 new tires (in stock), an alignment, and tire insurance for a much better price than the retail dealer! They also got it done within 1.5 hours.
