I cannot recommend Al Brodeur’s Auto Body enough! I brought my Volvo XC60 here because they are a certified Volvo facility, and they exceeded every expectation. The communication from both Peggy and Molly was spot on and incredibly prompt from day one. When I picked up the car initially, I noticed a minor alignment issue with the new fender and a missing lower door seal that caused a bit of play in the trim. When I reached out to loop them in, they didn't get defensive at all—they took immediate ownership. Molly looked into it and discovered that my insurance had secretly tried to push a third-party aftermarket fender onto the repair scope. Molly and her team had to reach out to the insurance company on my behalf and had the insurance company approve a 100% genuine OEM factory Volvo fender instead. They kept the car a few extra days to get the factory parts in and repaint it perfectly. To make sure I wasn’t stranded, Molly gracefully offered a complimentary rental car to fill the gap while they finished the work. On top of that, they had one of my damaged wheels sent out to a specialized rim shop to be refinished, and it came back looking absolutely perfect and brand new. I picked my car up on Tuesday, and it looks completely brand new. The paint match is flawless, and the sharp Volvo body lines and contours are perfectly back to factory spec. If you want a shop that treats your car with pride, acts with total transparency, and actually stands up to difficult insurance companies for you, this is the place to go. You would never know the car was ever in an accident!! I had a very positive experience with Al Brodeurs. Choosing a shop to repair your car is overwhelming with all the options out there. I decided to go with Al Brodeaurs because they were one of the few that were Volvo certified. I called and got an appointment almost immediately and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. When my car was ready I was able to drop off my enterprise car and they handled the return on site! In the event I ever need auto body work done again I know where I'll be going! Thank you Al Brodeurs!!
