If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car knowing of a few issues it had in hopes that a master Nissan tech would get it running smoothly again for me. I paid 200 for diagnosing the issue and they didn’t even road test the car. How are they supposed to diagnose without road test? Just scanning obd2 alone is not enough to truly understand the scope of issues. Having a salesperson in between the customer and technicians doesn’t make it easy to get your request to the tech either. They almost got me to agree to paying 600 for a 60 valve that won’t even address my rough running issues. A few google searches and some basic knowledge got me a better understanding of my car’s performance issues. I paid 150 for an oil change tire rotation and full thorough inspection including a 5 mile road test at Lexus of Northboro to diagnose my Toyota. Left there with a great feeling. I left Nissan with nothing but disappointment!

We are able to schedule appts at our convenience and cars have ready to pick up as promised. If there is additional work needed, they call us and discuss before doing any additional work.
