I have many great things to say about them. They’re professional with their work. They’re very diligent. They did a great job with welding new exhaust and being careful with my exhaust parts. I’m very happy and pleased to have had them work on my car! Anthony and Mark were awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The owner mark and the front man at the shop Anthony are extremely professional individual. They do not hide their workmanship you can watch from the bay or from outside the shop while they custom build your exhaust system. The owner personally worked on my car and I can tell you it came out really sweet! Thanks again for the amazing setup gentleman. Also the workmanship and the price were really unbeatable. Same day service and job done in 1.5 hours. The best thing as well is they Manufacture their own exhaust systems in Massachusetts at their own factor and have a 5 year warranty on all their exhaust mufflers. This is a true statement to quality. God bless

This is my second visit to Lou's in Marlboro. The folks there are knowledgeable, polite, understanding, and thorough. They diagnose the problem, show you what needs to be repaired. My first visit was for a 2015 Subaru and today was for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. I recommend this business to everyone and would happily visit them again (although I hope I don't have to!).

Great shop! Needed exhaust work on our older commuter car, went to Lou's in Marlboro and couldn't be happier. The prices quoted were very fair for the quality of parts and labor performed. I prefer to work on my own cars when I can, but exhaust work is something I just rather have done by a shop with the proper welding tools and knowledge. Anthony got our car in right away, performed a quick diagnosis and invited me into the garage to show me exactly what issues we had with the exhaust. He showed me everything that was a problem with our car exhaust and was great in explaining the options available to me for what needed attention right away and what could wait for later. I agreed to the price and Anthony said they would work on it within a hour or so. They replaced the flex pipe with a quality chain-mesh version welded in and patched up a couple other areas of the exhaust that needed attention. The car is once again quiet and the O2 sensor check engine light has gone away as the leak from the flex pipe was triggering the issue. They have a waiting area for people that need to stay for the repair, but we left the car with them and went food shopping back in Framingham. By the time we were done shopping they called to let me know the car was ready. They turned it over fast and we really appreciate that as we honestly expected needing to leave the car for the weekend and one of us possibly needing to call out of work Monday with only 1 car.. not an issue for how fast they performed the work. Friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, with fair prices. Everything you can ask for in a repair shop.

Had a great experience at Lou’s Custom Exhaust. John and Anthony were both extremely helpful, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. They took the time to diagnose an annoying exhaust rattle that other places probably would’ve brushed off, found the issue quickly, and got it fixed correctly. The car sounds much better now and they explained everything clearly instead of just throwing parts at it. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. Definitely recommend Lou’s if you want quality exhaust work and good people working on your car.
