The service and pricing is phenomenal. Harlen(the owner) is a stand up guy. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He doesn’t try to make unnecessary profit over his clients. They are very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a honest and fair mechanic.

I used to feel that this was a good shop, but now I no longer trust this place. They provide poor diagnostics; you pay for both parts and labor, but if they make a mistake—and the work wasn't actually necessary—well, don't worry: you just come back and keep paying for yet another diagnostic, along with another round of parts and labor costs. I went in for an oil change—and, whether by coincidence or by design—the very next day, the check engine light came on. "You need a new catalytic converter," they told me. They never reassemble the vehicle exactly as it was when it arrived; if they break something, they always have an excuse ready. They fail to take proper precautions or strive to provide professional service. Sadly, I will now have to look for a better place to entrust my vehicles—somewhere I can find both confidence and a guarantee, rather than just having consumers taken for a ride. I hope they improve, but I will not be returning to this place

The staff was very nice and the price as well but my brakes sound and feel worse than they did before I took them in. I went back and someone drove my car around for 20 minutes on the highway which I find pointless. They said it could just be a pebble stuck in there but I am not buying that.

These guys are the best when it comes to cars they are always reliable and very responsive, and do great work, thank you Harlen and Kaique for always having my car needs

DISSEMBLED MY CAR & REFUSED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER: I understand garages can take longer than a quoted time. But I checked with them multiple times I live an hour away and I need my oil changed, should we replace the spark plugs with the oil change or should I do it at my local garage as the sparplugs / car is still working, I need my car to drive home. They said they would get it done quick today and that there’s no need to do it at my local garage. Turns out they need it to stay overnight. I replied in this case, please don’t fix anything, I will pick it up today. They said the car is not drivable anymore because the coils need to be changed too. The owner said he’ll fire who ever told me it would get ready today, which is messed up. I added I will decide tomorrow morning if I want you to fix it or if I’ll get it towed as I wasn’t sure if I had free towing with AAA. I called him the next morning to tell him to fix it, but he said he will not fix it, to come pick it up in a tow truck to skrew me over or maybe because a Mercedes is too complex for him. He also said I should know better. So he was rude to me and went after his employee. Unprofessional and mean to the employee. I’m confident he’s cheaper than other places and he did good work for other people. I had a feeling I should not fix my car when I need it on time that bad, I’m sure he’s a great mechanic from referal from friends. But my experience sucked because I needed my car to go back home and I wish he was more compassionate and did something so I can drive it home instead of using a tow truck.
