MY buddy got his vehicle towed and now they won’t answer him, and at the same time they are charging him “storage fee” but they answer him, terrible service

Do your self a favor - avoid this company by any means. The customer service is rude, lying, breaking law and overcharging

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'm an independent vehicle inspector. I was going there to inspect a vehicle on the lot and she refused to let me look at the vehicle because I "didn't have an appointment" She yelled at me saying if you don't have an appointment then you don't inspect the vehicle. So, I said, you're refusing to allow me to inspect the vehicle, correct? She yelled at me again saying that YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! If you don't have an appointment then you can't inspect the vehicle. I won't allow you to take away time from someone else to inspect a vehicle. Mind you, this process takes less than 15 mins from beginning to end. So, we had it so the appointment had to be made, call in ahead to schedule. When I called there, the woman answers the phone hello (same woman at the window). I asked if it was the company and she said it's towing. I told her that I wanted to set up an appointment to inspect the vehicle. She said the way to inspect the vehicle is to have proof of ownership, if you don't have proof of ownership, no inspection. So, I clarified that if I'm a 3rd party inspector and don't have the proof of ownership, then you refuse the inspection. She says: "Do you have proof of ownership?" Honestly, the woman is abusive, aggressive and treats people very disrespectfully. I have been doing this for 13 years and have never dealt with someone so aggressive and mean towards someone that is doing the assignment for their business. This business is very unprofessional and I wouldn't go there ever!

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! SCAM!! Had the absolutely worst experience with this “business”. Had a car accident and the police towed my vehicle to this place. Horrible customer service, they do not answer their phone or return phone calls. A complete scam. They prolong the days so that they can collect storage fees AND more. Your car is NOT stored on site. They take it 5 minutes down the road to a random lot. When they DO answer the phone, they’re extremely rude, short and dismissive. I battled 3 days to get my car out of there. Oh also, you must call to make an appointment before ANYTHING. But they don’t answer the phone, so good luck getting through. They charged a total of $1,044 total for 6 days, please read my picture for proof. They will hold your vehicle hostage and won’t release it to the insurance company until THEY have collected enough money from you. I tried for 3 days to get my belongings out of my vehicle. When the lady finally agreed to show me where my car was located, she REFUSED to give me my keys to get my things out of the trunk. Literally had to raise my voice and say: “Give me my keys!”. Absolutely ridiculous. Lastly I recommend you to be on the phone with the Marlborough police when you start having a problem with them. They have a long track record with them, and the police WILL stay on the phone with you. I hope you took the time to read this. Good luck…

First of all Cyrilla is the BEST! Very communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. She had to deal with my AWFUL insurance company for 3 months! Quality of service and customer service was amazing! Small family business who took care of me and my vehicle! Thank you SO much and will be using you for any vehicle needs in the future! Also thank you Nick in the shop and the owner Dom! Great job!
