I'll NEVER come here for service again. I had a DC outlet (the cigarette lighter) that wasn't working. They said they spent 2 hours diagnosing it, couldn't figure out the problem and asked if I want to bring the car back to diagnose more. Since I bought the car from them and it was potentially under warranty coverage, they said the first 2 hours were free. Without giving me more detail, I figured it would take another hour to diagnose it so I said ok, understanding I would be charged. I called several times for updates, and got transferred to voicemail. I left messages and never heard back. Finally I complained loudly to the receptionist and got a human to call me. They charged me for 3 more hours of diagnostics, which was $160/hour for labor. So they charged me close to $500 for the diagnostic. Then they said the total repair was going to be $1400!!!! Can you imagine spending that much on a 12V DC outlet? While the employees were not technically wrong, I feel they should have given me an estimate of potential costs and asked if I would be willing to pay that much. It's like going to the doctor because of a cough, and unbeknownst to you they did a chest MRI, charged you $500, and told you it would be another $900 on top of that. I would expect a full discussion before the doctor did that. I get it that modern cars are more complicated but I did my research online beforehand and no site mentioned anything more than $100-150. If they have a good reason why something should cost 10X more, they absolutely should clearly explain it to the customer. TLDR; don't get fleeced here. If you insist on going, either you're so rich money isn't a matter, or you're spending someone else's money.

they charged me $104.14 for changing the oil and air filter. I always was paying $58.95 for changing the oil . everybody knows changing air filter takes 5 seconds. this cost is ridiculous . Lexington Toyota is too expensive. I hoped someone would be held accountable, but it wasn't. I won't get there anymore.
