Had a great experience at the Lexington shop buying my second road bike from Conte’s. The communication process ordering the bike and appointment setup process was smooth and easy. Chris, Chase, Mitchell and Anthony were a big help getting the bike set up to ride with all the accessories very quickly. Kudos to the entire team in Lexington for facilitating another great road bike purchase. Highly recommend for all your riding needs.

I had a great saddle fitting experience with Matthew Graham O’Regan. Matthew was extremely personable and his professionalism was top notch. He was very detail oriented and technical without being intimidating. Great listener, too. He never rushed our session and made sure I was dialed in and comfortable on the bike. I would absolutely see Matthew again for any fitting, technical support or equipment needs. I highly recommend Matthew for anyone looking for a professional fitting where your specific needs are tended to with genuine care. I’d like to give a quick shout out, thanks and compliments to other staff members at Conte’s Lexington; Anthony in the service department is, in my opinion, one of the best mechanics in the area. A complete professional. His passion, experience and knowledge always impresses me. He takes the time to explain everything he’s doing - which I appreciate! First rate I would say elite level experience delivering a top end gravel bike to my very specific requirements. Shoutouts to Chase the store manager and Matthew the director of bike fitting to make sure that everything about the bike was done perfectly. The fit from Matthew was spot on, he's very in tune with various infirmities and how to accommodate them with proper bike fit techniques. Chase took care of getting wider tires and set up tubeless for a reasonable cost, and everything was delivered like a dream! Anthony the head of service did more than his part, changing the handlebar and seatpost to my fit requirements which are a bit odd, and making sure everything was running flawlessly prior to delivery. There's a lot of solid places in the Greater Boston area to buy or service a bike and you can't really go wrong with any of them, truly. But Conte's goes above and beyond and I would rate Conte's 6 Stars if I could.. for the personalized service, fair pricing, and sensational bike brands that other dealers can't seem to get and you just don't see in shops very often. Can't say enough great things about the Conte's staff and have made it my go-to. I would highly recommend Conte's to any cyclists or would be cyclists in the area or even out of the area if they have a brand you're looking for.. not your typical Trek or Specialized vanilla bike shop, Conte's is a cut above offering a down-to-earth experience that separates them from the rest, IMO. Also, shoutouts to Ryan and Mitchell also in that regard for helping things along the way through sales, I've enjoyed working with everyone here at Conte's. (PS the location can't be beat for access and convenience and parking is a breeze.) If you stop in, tell them Jonathan from Waltham sent you and you can expect similarly excellent experience as I have always received!

I initially had some concerns regarding the finishing work on my bike, but the way Conte's Lexington handled the situation was truly world-class. The service manager, Anthony, reached out to me personally to ensure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond by re-wrapping the handlebars himself to a perfect standard, while also providing a full refund for the initial service. It’s clear that this shop takes great pride in their reputation and truly values their customers. I highly recommend them for their accountability and commitment to high-quality service. Conte's surpassed my expectations by a long shot thanks to the superb teamwork behind the scenes, the cool customer vibe and the fantastic bike inventory! I drove 3 hours to get there and it was well worth it. Shout out to the store manager, Chase and tech crew, for having my bike fully adjusted to my fit stats and installing some upgrades in advance. As this is my first road bike (current MTB rider), Chase was very patient making sure that I was fully outfitted with everything that I need and finding that "just-right" balance. I look forward to stopping in the next time I am in the Lexington area. Cheers!
