I went in there with a coolant leak, I was told it was the radiator so I had him fix it when I left got home I realized the problem was still there turns out it was a water pump. Now did they charge me for a radiator I didn't need or was it an honest mistake who knows but they weren't willing to help afterwards

After pressure testing the radiator and checking out the engine the only recommendation was for an oil change! You want to deal with honest people you can trust? Friend Automotive is the place!

View on GoogleI have older car and only wanted exhaust leak and anything else needed to pass inspection. Ended up costing almost 2600.00 on repairs that did need repaired. Never called to authorize repairs. End up paying for back brakes and rotors that were previously replaced in August 2021 that were still under warranty. They replaced back struts that didn't need to be replaced etc. Be very careful to make sure parts really need to be replaced. First and last time with Friends automotive. Very disappointed.
