Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Just went by for a bench unlock for my f82 m4 competition… the staff are beyond knowledgeable and when I was waiting for the service they showed me my car on the lift in depth to give me an exact idea of its current health and respond to a question and concern I had about the front right tire. It felt very personable and trustworthy. Their transparency and honesty were easy to notice and they’re very communicable/fair about pricing.

I been bringing my car here for the last year and the guys are super helpful. Zach the service advisor answered all my questions and helped me a lot with my M550. These guys definitely know their stuff!

I’ve been to this shop a few times now, and they’ve always been great, but my most recent experience really stood out. I came in on a busy Monday morning with my car running rough and a suspected leak. Even though they were busy, they still took the time to fit me in. Not only did they get my car back to me the same day, but they also diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. The communication throughout the process was solid as always, and everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Huge shoutout to Zach and Jonathan for going above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Several months ago, I saw this place Axion Motorsports driving the backroads from Brockton to Quincy because 93North was backed up and I noticed there was an E36 out front. I made a mental note of it and kept driving. After my friend Eli brought my own E36 back to life and then I had Alvin from Import Autowerks # (who is in my town) also do some work on it - I decided to take the car to Axion because I wanted a PPI so that I would know what’s left to address before selling the car. I also had a pesky vibration from the front end and a clunk from the rear end that couldn’t be identified and then rectified. Jonathan, the owner of Axion Motorsports did a fantastic job reviewing the car and identifying the issues and their root causes. They were both quick fixes. His attention to detail was second to no one. His charge? $99 for the PPI type work. I was IMPRESSED. I asked him to identify other items that could be fixed BUT that didn’t need immediate attention too. He mentioned a few items and he provided a meticulous writeup and assessment of what it might cost. I wanted to thank them by giving them some work and so I had them replace the motor mounts, transmission mounts and rear sway bar end links with OEM parts. I worked with Zach, who is the service manager/GM and he was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He let me know when they started working on the car; when parts were ordered; when parts were received and when the car would be ready for a test drive before final delivery. All throughout the process - I really felt valued. As for the car? It feels tight again and now I’m like, “Why sell???” They did mention my flex disc guibo could use attention and that the diff bushings could too. I called Dan Fitzgerald of Diffsonline in Wilmington, MA and asked him if he could refresh the 3.23 and he said, “let’s do a 3.46!!” So, the plan is to put some miles on it (it has 106k) and then bring it in for the diff work. Seriously, if you want an awesome experience - (and we have many awesome options around here in MA) give Axion a call.
