Spectacular service! They got us in and out quickly, were very professional and very reasonable prices. And best of all you can watch them work on your car while you sip (free!) coffee or tea. Will be back!
View on GoogleMy wife took her vehicle here to have new tires mounted. All of her lug nuts were all grossly over-torqued. If you check the photo, each of her lug nuts were above the max torque of my meter - 175 ft lbs. The factory spec is 89 ft lbs so these were all at least double what they should be. My Milwaukee mid torque even struggled so resorted to a 2ft breaker bar with a cheater pipe. Even then I had to put all my weight on it to get the lug nuts off. This is dangerous and has likely damaged the threads. On top of that they left sealant all over the rims that has to be scrubbed off. Don’t trust this shop with your vehicle.
View on GoogleI'd been planning to get an alignment done (it had been 2 years) to preserve my winter tires I had just switched on. Travel plans changed, and all of a sudden I needed it done within a few hours. Called VIP, they slotted me right in that morning, and had it done quickly for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back next time I need something done! I also saw the front desk guy helping the couple in front of me in line save as much money as possible on replacing their flat tire. He went above and beyond, and was both friendly and professional (with them and with me).
View on GoogleToday, May 22, 2026, I had a terrible experience at VipTire. I was very well assisted by the virtual agent, who provided a quote and scheduled a tire replacement. However, when I visited the store in person, the service was abysmal. Upon arriving at the shop at 8:50 AM—10 minutes before my scheduled appointment—I greeted Messrs. Marc and Júlio with a "Good morning," yet they didn't even look at me. Fair enough—no one is obligated to respond—but they didn't even ask what I needed. I had to announce myself, and when it came time to assess the work required, they told me they couldn't simply replace the two front tires; they insisted that all four had to be replaced, offering various arguments to justify this. However, the rear tires are practically brand new and do not need replacing; in fact, they passed the state inspection without any issues. It is worth noting that I already had my own tires with me; I was merely there to have the service performed. In short, I did not go through with the service, and I do not recommend this specific store in Framingham on Route 9.
