Apex did an excellent job repairing my car. The results exceeded my expectations—it felt like I was getting a new car back! They not only replaced the damaged parts and completed the repainting flawlessly, but they also cleaned the interior of my car, which was a wonderful surprise. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Another thing I really appreciated was how easy they made the rental car process. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car right at Apex/Enterprise, which made everything very convenient. It also showed the great coordination and partnership between Apex and Enterprise, helping make the entire repair experience seamless. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and always helpful. I highly recommend Apex Auto Repair Center for both their high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

After a hit-and-run of my car, my insurance company sent me to Apex. They are their preferred body shop. From the moment I walked through their doors, until I picked up my car today, their service was nothing but exceptional. From Justin to Rob to the young lady at the front desk, anybody I encountered, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and only wanted to provide me with the best customer experience. Enterprise rental also works regularly with them and that was also a streamlined process. They met me there, and I was able to leave the rental when I picked up my car. My car is now perfectly repaired. They even detailed the entire car! It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up today. so thank you Apex! and anyone that’s considering using this business, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
View on GoogleBrought the car in for a fix on rear side panel. The job was done in a timely manner. But I noticed there are pits in the paint. The finish is so shinny and reflective that I didn’t notice when I picked up the car. It’s disappointing that I chose this shop because it has the brightest reviews only to end up with a less than satisfactory experience. The personnel was great, especially the girl at the front desk. But I expected better.

View on GoogleAlthough it took a tad bit more time, Apex was very thorough with my repairs. They offered an update every time I called. It’s very easy to get in contact with them, no wait times. Everyone is polite and helpful. They detailed my car before handing it over (and did an amazing job!!)
