I'm not really sure how to rate these guys, I bought a 2008 E250 van and the very first thing I noticed was they had cleared the codes on the diagnostics. I'm a mechanic, so I already knew what the van needed. They seemed honest but only after understanding this fact. Front brake caliper locked up on the way home and I had to replace it in the rain, at autozone. Also misfire on a cylinder. Needs coils and plugs, I think. Over all I would like to say; this behavior of wiping codes is not acceptable.
