I’ve been bringing both of my family vehicles here for the past two years, and they never disappoint. It’s hard to find a shop you can completely trust, but the team at Tosti's runs a very honest and professional operation. Most recently, I brought my Ford F-150 to them for a transmission fluid service, including dropping the pan and replacing the filter. Doing this service right requires attention to detail, and they nailed it. After picking up the truck, I immediately noticed how much smoother it shifts. Great communication, fair pricing, and solid engineering knowledge. If you're looking for a reliable independent shop in the Framingham/Natick area, this is the place to go. Thanks again, guys!

These guys are wonderful! I have brought my car in for everything from routine maintenance, to new tires, to repairs, etc. and every time I have been very happy with the work. They are timely, great with communication, and don’t overcharge. They even gave me a free loaner car when the work took longer than a day. I highly recommend them and refuse to go anywhere else since I discovered them!

I highly recommend Tosti’s Service Center! I’m new to the area and was looking for a mechanic to replace my headlight bulb. I already had the bulbs, but after calling multiple places, I was being quoted $300+ for the repair. Unfortunately, it definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female customer. That was not the case at Tosti’s! I called earlier in the day and explained what I needed done. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was extremely friendly and made me feel like I’d known him forever. Not only was he able to replace the bulb quickly, but the price wasn’t anywhere near $300. So happy I found Tosti’s Service Center. I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend the team at Tosti's. Professional communication, skilled diagnostics, and fair pricing. I recently paid them a visit after I had electrical issues related to the Brake and Vehicle Stability systems in my Acura RDX that had stumped my mechanic for a while. They were able to quickly diagnose a couple of wiring issues and take care of repairs much faster than I'd anticipated given I dropped the car off at night ahead of a 3-day holiday weekend. The pricing was very fair considering the scale of the work (the Acura Dealership couldn't quote exact pricing before seeing the vehicle, but based on labor estimates they were going to charge more just to diagnose the problem than Tosti's did to repair it). I'd recommend them to anyone, but especially for a vehicle in need of advanced diagnostics that your current mechanic is struggling with.
