Snow’s Garage is the place I trust with my vehicle. I always feel valued as a customer, and I know I’m getting thorough work at a fair price. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and welcoming!

A few days ago, I called Snow’s Garage to ask about the cost of repairing a coolant leak from the expansion tank and an oil leak caused by the lower oil pan gasket on my Ford F-350. Even though I explained the problem in detail over the phone, I was told that I needed to bring the truck in so they could inspect it themselves. An appointment was scheduled for the morning two days later. On the scheduled day, when I arrived, the owner could not remember our previous conversation until I showed him my call log on my phone. I also mentioned that I planned to stop by another repair shop, since they also wanted to inspect the truck and provide their own estimate. After that, the owner immediately asked why I had come here instead of going to the other shop. I replied that I had come here because I had a scheduled appointment. They accepted the vehicle very reluctantly and asked me to wait about an hour and a half. After the inspection, the owner told me that I supposedly had a more serious problem than the oil and coolant leaks and took me into the garage to show me the DPF. I was surprised and explained that I was already aware of that issue and had come for a different reason - to get a price for fixing the specific problems we originally discussed. He said that fixing the oil leak would be easy, but that “the rest would take time.” I again asked about the cost of the work, but never received a clear answer. In the end, he stated that he did not want to take on this repair and told his employees to move my truck out of the garage. This raises a logical question: why was I required to bring my truck all the way from Worcester and waste my time if they had no intention of doing the work in the first place? Perhaps Snow’s Garage was once a good repair shop, but today their behavior is rude and completely not customer-oriented. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Snows is the place to go! Very knowledgeable staff! Fair pricing but most important quality work! Casey and Robin are wonderful! They also have a nice little waiting room! If your car needs a basic service, or you have major issues snows is the place to go!

Snows garage maintains their long history of excellence Casey provides not only quality car care at a reasonable price, but he also educates the car owner in the process. He has such a solid knowledge base on cars and their mechanics that his ability to explain issues to the car owner is done with calm kindness and respect. Being open to questions only makes us trust him more!

I haven't brought my vehicle here, but did call in a tough situation. They were very attentive over the phone and were willing to help with no issues. We were two hours away from home and didn't know if we were going to make it back. We figured out the problem before making it there and made it home safely but definitely wanted to give a review on their willingness to help in a super short notice. We really appreciated it 😊
