I have been going to Ron’s Tire & Service Shop in Framingham for several years now, after a friend recommended them to me, and this review is long overdue. I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron’s Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. It’s hard to find a business you can truly trust, and I am very grateful for all of you. Highly recommend!

Repeat customer, Ron helped me out in a pinch years ago! I needed tires met with Ed, who appreciated my car, and understood me when I was looking for a track tire, with a touch of street ability. He helped me navigate between a few variations and we opted for the best of the best, and the work met the quota, from non marring sockets, to caring for the factory painted wheels. Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and appreciation they had for me and the car. From street to performance they’ll get it done right. Thanks guys!

Really good experience overall. The shop is in a super convenient location, including being close to the MBTA station which I relied on when my car was being repaired. They offer Off-hours drop-off was easy and a big plus. They diagnosed the issue quickly, staff explained everything clearly ... I needed a new radiator. The repairs were done within 48 hours of drop off (during a holiday week!). I also really appreciated that they used OEM parts. Pricing was fair and straightforward with no surprises. No upsales. I’d definitely come back... Highly recommend Ron's Tire & Service!

Look I’m a car guy I know my car I came here for 4 tires & asked them for 4 new tire sensors waited about three hours with an appointment. Then they come and tell me my car doesn’t come with factory sensors so they didn’t put new ones in like I asked. They then took me outside to show me why they didn’t put the sensors in and then they realized after I explain to their mechanic/ technician it does come with them that I needed new ones…. But because the wheels were already on they were too lazy, zero customer service support to just “say sorry we were wrong we can do it right now” and it was 14:30 still plenty of time to take the car in put them on they close at 17:00….. Instead they misplaced my wheel liner and said it must’ve fallen off somewhere else but I literally check my car out all the time and there’s no reason it would have fallen off I had it secured there impossible for it to come off. They also quoted me $800 just for front brakes claiming it’s because they use the best materials in the business so I went to my mechanic same day and they quoted me $500 and then I came back looking for my wheel well liner that they lost & they said that my mechanics price was cheaper because they use cheap quality material/ brakes which is not true I go to a very reputable shop with high 5 star ratings. And on the quote/ paper I showed them to compare it doesn’t even mention what brand my mechanics would use for the replacement so they were saying that to me just to say that. I just wouldn’t come here for your car repairs very shady thought I could trust this place smh. They definitely take advantage of peoples trust. And I came here thinking I could trust them when I could have gone to any other place and paid for 3 tires get 1 free but no instead I came here where I thought I could trust them to be honest and go above and beyond for their customers. Oh and I forgot to mention who ever took my car into the shop thought it would be fun to rev my car while in the shop I heard it from the lobby yeah my car is a sports car yeah it’s fun to rev it if it’s your car and your gas.

I needed tires and stopped by to get a quote, needless to say I ended up buying them here, they were able to squeeze the car in on the same day and they delivered it when they said they would. Their prices were fair, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Glad to have you guys close by!
