I had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced today and the process was very easy! Joe Jr. was super responsive. I dropped off my car around 8:30 and by 1:45 it was ready to be picked up. They also gave me a quote over the phone and what I paid day of was right on par with that. The price they quoted me was significantly cheaper than what my dealership quoted me too. Would absolutely recommend!
View on GoogleExtremely trustworthy. First visit I brought my wife’s car due to a nail in the tire. They removed the nail, tested for leaks and concluded that it didn’t require patching. They charged me less than $20 for the work. The next two times were for also great experiences. Very friendly and professional, also great prices for the work they did on my car. Excellent family run business!
View on GoogleDo not believe the 4 star rating as I unfortunately did and had high hopes. I truly love supporting local businesses but this was unfortunately a very bad experience. I initially went for a car inspection and was told it was rejected ( which I expected as my engine light was on). They told me to bring it back the next day at 9AM and that they could take a look at my car. I dropped my car off exactly at 9AM, they told me to leave my car and it could possibly take all day. I understand car repairs take a while so I expected that. I just picked up my car as they are closing at 6pm and they told they didn’t get a chance to look at my car AT ALL. I would’ve been understanding if they said the repairs weren’t completed but to not have had my car even examined is insane. I told them I wish they had communicated that instead of letting my car sit there all day with no progress, as I planned my day around this. The men who work there are not only unprofessional, but you can tell they have little respect or care for their customers. When I sat in the waiting room, I heard the conversations and their tone and demeanor is very rude and standoffish. People work and plan car repairs around their schedule so proper communication is not only expected but important. I then decided this was not a serious business, nor professional and to take my money elsewhere!! If I can save you the trouble & money from terrible customer service & business please!!
