After checking several shops with long waits and high quotes, I found Mike and Ivan — they did an amazing job repairing and painting my bumper at the best price, and it was ready in just two days. They even detailed my car for free! Highly recommend — they’ve got a loyal customer in me.

I dropped off my car at Ivan's about 4 weeks ago, and I got a bumper painted and put on. Turns out the bumper didn't fit so the shop offered to just fix the current bumper for the price of the remaining balance. I thought this was nice, they also said they could take a look at the damage the hood and fender had (very minor dents). I said I'd be interested depending on the price. It's been 2 weeks, and I called the owner (Ivan) asking what the progress on the car, and they told me they will ask the shop and that they should have already given me the estimate (they hadn't). The shop calls me and finally tells me the quote after I ask again. I tell them it's too much and I don't want to do it. The writer (Phil) tells me it's too late and they already started the work(never authorized), and what I want to do. I tell them I needed a price first, and they say it's too late now, and it'll be 1400 more. I call the owner, and he is nice at first, saying 1400 is a good price and he's not charging me labor, but I tell him I didn't authorize the work or get a quote but he didn't care and even said it had happened to him at another shop, and he had to pay. He basically tells me that he can't lose any more money, and I can either pay or deal with the posted storage fees and wait for my lawyer to figure it out, or if I'd rather save the money or wait multiple months in the court system. I decide to just bite the bullet to avoid the fees, and when I show up, their card machine is magically broken. The alignment they said they'd do for free and charged me for anyways is 2 inches to the left, and the rear trunk has a bunch of loose bolts. So now I’m down and extorted $1490 I didn’t approve, my car's alignment is dangerously worse off than it was before I brought it, and I have been treated with awful customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, and a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General’s office.

I had a great experience with Ivan’s Collision Center. The quality of the work was excellent, the delivery was on time, and communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. Very professional and reliable — I highly recommend them.
