I had a decent experience here, but it took a bit longer than expected to get my car back. They did a good job on the repairs, but I wish they had communicated better about the timeline. I'll probably return, but I’ll ask more questions next time.

View on GoogleI brought my car in because the low oil light was on. The shop told me the oil pan was rusted and leaking, and they offered to replace it that day for about $1,300. I agreed, expecting that the issue with the warning light would be resolved. When I picked up the car, the low oil light was still on. When I asked about it, the owner claimed that wasn’t the reason I brought the car in — which makes little sense, since the light was what prompted me to bring it in. Later, when I returned with my father to ask about the repair and see the old part, the conversation quickly turned hostile. Instead of explaining why the light remained on, the owner became defensive, accused me of name-calling (which I did not do), and even threatened to call the police while acting like a bully. It was an uncomfortable and intimidating experience. In his written response to my review, the owner repeated that he only replaced the oil pan because that’s what we authorized. A professional shop would have acknowledged that the oil light would remain on unless additional issues were addressed before charging you $1,300. That type of honesty and communication is what customers expect. Instead, I left $1,300 poorer, still with the oil light on, and treated rudely when I asked questions. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
